1. Do I need any experience with EFT?

None. We start from zero. If you can follow simple instructions, you can do this.

2. What if I don't have time?

Most sessions are 30-45 minutes. You can do them during lunch, before bed, or whenever you have a moment.

EFT works with the feeling you're experiencing right now, without needing to know exactly where it came from or relive the original event. You can learn it yourself and use it at home, on your own time.

In short: EMDR = therapist-led, memory-focused. EFT = self-applied, feeling-focused.

Many people use both: EMDR with a therapist for deep trauma work, and EFT as a daily tool for managing stress, anxiety, and everyday blocks.

6. Do I need to believe in EFT for it to work?

No. You don't need to believe in it, you just need to try it.

EFT works on your nervous system, not on your belief system. Skeptics get results too, because the tapping sends calming signals to your brain regardless of what you think about the method.

In fact, many of the most enthusiastic EFT users started out thinking it was "weird" or "too simple to work." Then they tried it and felt the difference.

Here's how I see it: Even if you think there's only a 1% chance this will work for you, that's still a 1% better chance than doing nothing and staying stuck.

My advice: Approach it with curiosity, not conviction. Do the tapping, notice what happens in your body, and let the results speak for themselves.

7. What if I don't know what my blocks are?
